Abstract

Abstract

Bronchial respiratory tract infection, or bronchopneumonia, is a localized inflammation of the lung parenchyma, usually also affecting the bronchi and  surrounding alveoli, and  occurs more frequently in infants between 1 and 4 years of age. If bronchopneumonia is not treated properly, patients with bronchopneumonia  die. Bronchopneumonia can lead to acute complications such as suppuration (lung abscess or empyema). Suppuration is the process by which mucus turns into pus, which can lead to chronic inflammation. Pleural abscess and empyema, on the other hand, are  pus that accumulates only within the lung cavity. The purpose of nursing  and this case study is to determine the results of chest physical therapy in patients with bronchial respiratory disease or bronchopneumonia. The method used in this case study is descriptive and qualitative in the form of a case study. In this case study, multiple methods were used for data collection, including physical examination, interviews, and monitoring of the patient's condition. The presentation of the data and analysis in this case study takes the form of a descriptive narrative aimed at determining the results obtained in the case study. In this case study, A. R. is a customer with a medical diagnosis of bronchial respiratory tract infection. The conclusion of this case study is that before chest physical therapy there was a change, the patient's respiratory rate was 64 breaths/min on the first day. On the second day he changed to 52 breath/min. On the third day, this breast physical therapy was performed for 3-5 minutes.
