INDUSTRY 4.0 TECHNOLOGY IMPACT ON ENVIRONEMENT : A SYSTEMATIC LITERATURE REVIEW

Abstract

Indonesia menghasilkan limbah padat sekitar 200,000 MT/hari. Pada tahun 2025, ditargetkan sampah ini dapat dikurangi sekitar 30 % dan 70 % dapat dikelola. Pemanfaatan technology 4.0 menjadi penting dalam mencapai target ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pemanfaatan teknologi 4.0 dalam pengelolaan sampah di Indonesia serta tantangannya. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode systematic literature review dengan batasan fokus pada pengelolaan limbah di kota Bandung, Denpasar, Ambon, Lombok, Medan, Jayapura, Makassar dan Banjarmasin. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan sampah di Indonesia didominasi oleh sistem open dumping dan belum menggunakan teknologi 4.0. Untuk membantu pengelolaan sampah di Indonesia, penggunaan teknologi 4.0 seperti Internet of things dan Smartbin. Hambatan dalam penerapan teknologi ini seperti peraturan pemerintah, skill dan pengetahuan, infrastruktur dan kesadaran masyarakat.
