PENGELOLAAN TAMAN WISATA AIK BUKAK SEBAGAI DAYA TARIK DI KABUPATEN LOMBOK TENGAH

Abstract

Aik Bukak Destination is a tourist attraction that offers a natural feel that is equipped with various facilities for recreation and bathing. The establishment of this park is designed by combining many elements of nature. However, the management in Aik Bukak Park has several obstacles in its management, where Aik Bukak Park is still managed optimally from the government, private sector, and the community as well as from the functions of management, planning, organizing, directing, supervising, and coordinating between managers and the community. It's not good that causes Aik Bukak Park to be different from tourist attractions in West Nusa Tenggara, more precisely in Central Lombok. This Aik Bukak Tourism has inadequate accessibility, amenities, accessibility, cleanliness, security, inadequate infrastructure so that the Aik Bukak tourist attraction still needs to be improved. In this study, researchers focused more on the management of Aik Bukak Park Tourism. This study used descriptive qualitative method. qualitative descriptive method is a method used by researchers to find knowledge or theory of research at a certain time. and data collection techniques used are documents, observation and interview. Data analysis using data analysis techniques in the field model Mules and Huberman. The Aik Bukak Park Tourism in the management of the Aik Bukak Park tourism object consists of core managers and supporting manager. As for those who fall into the category of core manager, namely the manager themselves, while the supporting manager consist of the government, such as the Central Lombok Tourism Office, and the Village Government. The research results that have been described in the existing management of the Aik Bukak Park tourist attraction are of course inseparable from the management function itself which includes Planning, Organizing, Actuating, and Controll.
