HUBUNGAN BEBAN SOSIAL DENGAN KEMAMPUAN KELUARGA MERAWAT PASIEN SKIZOFRENIA PASCA PASUNG DI WILAYAH KABUPATEN BUNGO – JAMBI

Abstract

Skizofrenia merupakan gangguan jiwa berat yang mengganggu fikiran ditandai dengan perilaku aneh, emosi, proses berfikir dan persepsi yang menganganggu orag lain, sehingga orang yang skizofrenia sering mendapatkan berbagai pikiran  negative dan diskriminasi seperti ditelantarkan hingga dipasung oleh keluarga. salah satu tanggung jawab yang harus dilakukan oleh tenaga kesehatan, keluarga kepada pasien skizofrenia pasca pasung adalah  mencegah terjadinya kekambuhan memulai keterlibatan dalam mengendalikan gejala. Hal tersbut menjadi beban dan kemampuan pada keluarga saat merawat  pasien skizofrenia pasca pasung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan beban dengan kemampuan keluarga merawat pasien pasca pasung di Wilayah Kabupaten Bungo. Penelitian ini adalah deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sempel berjumlah 91 0rang keluarga, di ambil dengan menggunakan teknik proportional randam sampling. Hasil uji chi square didapatkan ada hubungan beban  sosial dengan kemampuan keluarga dengan  nilaip value =0,000. Beban sosial sangat mempengaruhi kemampuan keluarga dalam merawat pasien skizofrenia.
