ORGANIZATIONAL JUSTICE DAN ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT PADA KARYAWAN KAMPOENG KOPI BANARAN

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between organizational justice and organizational commitment of Kampoeng Kopi Banaran Employees. The population in this research is the whole operational and service employees which amounts 53 employees with a sampling technique, namely saturation sampling. Data collection uses the organizational justice scale by Colquitt (2001) and organizational commitment scale by Meyer and Allen (1997). The results showed correlation coefficient of r=0,989;p<0,05. This means there is no relationship between organizational justice and organizational commitment of Kampoeng Kopi Banaran Employees.
