JOB INSECURITY DAN KEPUASAN KERJA PADA PEGAWAI AIRPORT RESCUE AND FIRE FIGHTING

Abstract

Banyak pegawai di perusahaan mengalami job insecurity karena ketidakpastian status maupun kondisi kerja. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menguji korelasi antara job insecurity dan kepuasan kerja pada pegawai Airport Rescue and Fire Fighting. Penelitian ini memakai pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain korelasi. Partisipan berjumlah 70 pegawai dan diperoleh melalui teknik sampling jenuh. Alat ukur yang dipakai adalah Multidimensional Qualitative Job Insecurity Scale (MQJIS) dan Job Satisfaction Scale (JSS). Analisis data menggunakan program SPSS versi 29 dengan teknik Spearman Rho yang memperlihatkan korelasi sebesar r = -0.544 dan nilai signifikan <0.001 (p<0,5). Hasil tersebut menunjukkan adanya hubungan negatif signifikan antara job insecurity dan kepuasan kerja pada pegawai Airport Rescue and Fire Fighting. Semakin tinggi job insecurity maka makin rendah kepuasan kerja dan begitu pula sebaliknya makin rendah job insecurity maka semakin tinggi kepuasan kerja
