Abstract

Perkembangan Human resource management mengalami evolusi dari waktu kewaktu, salah satunya adalah perkembanagn aktivitas perusahaan yang ramah lingkungan dengan menghasilkan konsep green human resources management. Kajian ini bersifat teoriti dan empiris untuk mengkaji konsep dan penerapan green human resources management, yang selama ini di kampanyekan dalam Kesepahaman Bersama G20 Menuju Kesepakatan Mengurangi Emisi Karbon Global pada dunia industri. Adapun metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif berdasarkan empiris dengan menganalisa penerapan green human resources management  pada dunia industri berdasarkan hasil penelitian dari berbagai pihak, dengan sumber jurnal nasional, jurnal internasional, prosiding dan jurnal scopus.
