OUTDOOR LEARNING ACTIVITY TERHADAP PERKEMBANGAN SOSIAL EMOSIONAL ANAK USIA DINI

Abstract

Istilah “pendidikan luar ruang” digunakan secara luas untuk merujuk pada serangkaian kegiatan terorganisir yang berlangsung di lingkungan luar yang didominasi untuk berbagai tujuan. Secara historis dan konseptual, istilah pendidikan luar ruang juga berhubungan erat dengan pendidikan petualangan, pendidikan lingkungan, dan pendidikan pengalaman. Belajar tidak selalu terjadi di lingkungan kelas, namun dapat dicapai di tempat-tempat seperti museum, kebun binatang, kebun raya, taman air, taman bermain, hutan dan sungai. Peluang outdoor learning activities ditingkatkan baik untuk anak-anak, keluarga dan masyarakat, mereka mungkin menjadi satu-satunya tempat di mana lingkungan fisik dan sosial bagi anak-anak untuk mendapatkan kesempatan dalam perkembangan kehidupan mereka. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan kualitatif dengan pendekatan Studi Literature Review (SLR) dimana peneliti memfokuskan pada studi kepustakaan dari berbagai sumber. Berdasarkan hasil di lapangan, outdoor learning activity berpengaruh terhadap social emosional anak. Adanya sikap keberanian, kemandirian dan juga banyak berinteraksi dengan teman sebaya nya juga dengan alam.
